Vision Into Action Groups
Vision Into Action Groups help business owners and service professionals who are stuck in one of the two following areas:
(1) You want to grow your business, but aren’t sure how to grow it or you haven’t been consistently effective in growing it. Your growth has been slow or stop and start and you’re frustrated by the lack of steady progress and income.

(2) You are overwhelmed by the busyness of your work and you’ve lost sight of the big picture and why you wanted to work for yourself in the first place. You need to grow more to get the profits you want, but don’t have the time, energy, or resources to do it.

How does it work ?
Working with five or six other business owners or professionals like yourself, you will brainstorm ideas, share success stories, and encourage each other to create the business growth and success that you want. I personally lead each group and by combining my years in big business with my own small business success. I will guide you and your teammates to new levels of success.

My fiancé that I work with regularly just recently said how excited she was to go to work each day, now that she was receiving consistent payments. Her physical therapy business had gotten to be a chore for her because it was all work, with little pay. Last year, with my assistance, she broke through from being a sole practitioner to having two practitioners working for her. This summer she will take a three week vacation knowing that she will be making money while she’s enjoying her family time. She’s now preparing to add another part time practitioner to her clinic and is working towards her goal of establishing a second clinic, her “dream” clinic. You can achieve success like this too.

What will you do?
You will meet for an hour once a week for twelve weeks via teleconference. The major themes are what most small business owners need—how to overcome overwhelm and how to build your business faster with less effort. We will also work on some of the other major areas that small business owners have difficulties with. Here are some of the specific topics that you will explore in your group:
- Creating an effective marketing strategy and action plan
- Developing a mystique that makes your business irresistible to customers
- Creating effective practice and administrative routines that focus you on the business
- Gaining control over your business by adopting successful strategies of bigger businesses
- Getting more time through effective time management and people management
- Developing business systems that minimize training time and maximize results
- Learning how to hire employees and get the most out of them

- You will be expected to complete assignments, read articles, books, listen to tapes. You will assign these to yourself with realistic time commitments.
- Confidentiality. In order to build trust and to maximize what you get out of the Group, you will need to keep other members issues, ideas, and plans to yourself.
- Integrity – Make it a goal to give clear constructive feedback to fellow participants. Recognize that your history and experience are valuable to others. Share it enthusiastically.

What a Vision Into Action Group is not:
A Vision Into Action Group is not a "leads" group. Leads may be exchanged based on personal relationships formed in the group, but acquiring leads is not a primary purpose of the group.
A Vision Into Action Group is not a structured training class. Members will learn new information and skills through group discussion and consultation, but success is not dependent on any one person’s expertise.
A Vision Into Action Group is not group therapy. Personal issues are sometimes discussed, but only in the context of how they are affecting your business. Participants having serious issues may be referred to specialists outside of the group for support.
A Vision Into Action Group is not a quick-fix solution to your business and personal problems. Persisting in the face of challenges, remaining focused on your objectives, and having the support of others are key elements for success.
You are an excellent candidate for a Vision Into Action Group if you have the following qualities:

Want to join with a friend or colleague?
You may. If you already know one or more people that you would like to be in a group with, you may join a group with them. The minimum number for a viable group is five participants. If you have less than five, we can make arrangements to either add someone from outside or work with a smaller group.
Vision Into Action Group specifics:
Maximum of six members, to insure everyone has an opportunity to share at each meeting.
Meetings will be held weekly via teleconference. In some cases a group may decide to meet in person.
Cost: $570 for 12 weeks. Reserve a spot in the next group with a $50 refundable deposit.
Extra Value
One-on-one support. Each participant will get an hour of one-on-one coaching with me prior to the start of the group and again at the end of the twelve week session. This alone is a $300 value. During these sessions, we will discuss your specific needs and how we can best address them during the group. At the end we will review your results and create an action plan for you to continue to grow your business.
BLOG. Each group will be given their own private BLOG to stay in touch and get guidance between meetings. Notes and commitments from each meeting will be posted here. Members are encouraged to BLOG and/or use email to stay in touch and share ideas between meetings. I will provide feedback as well so you get constant contact with me.
Recorded sessions. Thanks to modern technology, I can record each of our sessions and upload it to my website so that you can listen to it at any time. You can download it and burn it to a CD and listen to it anywhere. It’s like getting a 12-week custom business course that you can listen to whenever you need support.
